Greeting cards commemorate special occasions. In fact, Americans buy over 6.5 billion greeting cards each year. We all know how easily cards can quickly create clutter. What do you do with these cards?
Cards that have metallic, foil or glitter cannot be recycled while plain cardstock can be recycled. An alternative to tossing greeting cards in your trash or recycling bin is to toss them in one of our 5 collection bins between February 15 – March 15! These cards will be donated to local charities, schools, and daycares to be used as crafts or to create new greeting cards.
